We are in a process of developing a Codec Pack that will take care of playing DivX, XviD, 3ivX files. The end user will have total control of which DirectShow filters to register or unregister. The install will be a MSDOS Batch File which lets the user to see what's exactly done to their Windows system.

New ideas are flowing like great! It really deserves a different name than Complete URL Maker. However I do not have any planned decisions to change the name to something else. Currently at version 1.6, I am quite happy with this utility. It does have two bugs though which is not easily spotted. I am trying my best to squash them.

You just cannot deny the superb quality you get from the new MPEG4 Part 10 codec in Nero Recode 2.2. Microsoft will need to update their WMV codec so it is based on H.264.
